Parsley and Lemon Chimichurri
A bright chimichurri that's good on all kinds of things. For best results, make a day ahead of time to let the flavors blend.
Ingredients
1 Cup Italian Parsley leaves, measured, packed then chopped fine.
1/4 Cup Cilantro, measured, packed, then chopped fine
1/4 Cup Oregano Leaves, measured, packed then chopped fine
3/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Each Zest of two whole lemons
3 Tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
